Notes
2160p 8-bit encode from 16-bit lossless render. Huge thanks to MaLLIeHbKa for the guide from Sintel.
No filtering was needed, some zones applied to prevent banding.
10-bit encode saved 18% of bitrate and there were no problems with banding from encoding, but it\'s hardly playable...
8-bit 4:2:0 1080p and 720p encodes will follow.
I get 20-60% CPU usage on my i7-2600K @ 4.2 GHz with madVR, so everyone with decent CPU should play it.

Tools - tiff conversion wrote: ImageMagick was used to convert 16-bit TIFFs to RGB24 BMPs (higher and lower bit parts stacked vertically) that are converted to Stack16 YV24 in Avisynth and then to yuv444p16le for x264.
